Edwards POV


A low hiss ecaped my lips. "Hurry Edward" Alice whispered from below impatience clear in her voice.

I ran over to wear my Bella slept peacfully. I scooped her up in my arms and jumped from the window careful not to wake her up. Why now? With three days till our wedding. A growl rumbled deep in my chest and Alice looked at me, worry clearly written on her face.

"She'll be safe Edward." I could only nod.

We started to run towards my house. Bella stirred in my arms and groaned.

"Edward..Where...Where are we?" She looked disoriented.

"Shh, love. I'll explain later."

My anger drove me faster than ever. Even carrying Bella i quickly out stripped Alice. My mind raced, I wouldnt let them take my Bella.




Bellas POV


I woke up to wind rushing around me. I felt cold arms around me and i groaned. It was to early to be awake. I opened my eyes.

"Edward..Where...Where are we"I couldnt wrap my mind around all of this.

"Shh, love. I'll explain later." Edward avoided my stare.

What was happening? Why wasnt i in my room? What were we running from? I knew Edward would tell me so i tried to be patient. The next thing i knew we were walking into the Cullens house. Everyone was crowded in their waiting for us i supposed.

"Oh good your here." Carlisle walked over to Edward as he placed me on the couch.

His lips blurred with the speed at which he talked. I realized Alice had been running with us, she had been to far behind for me to notice. She was dry sobbing. I got up and went over to her.

"Whats wrong, Alice?" I was starting to get scared.

"Th-They decided to come early." Edward growled and everyone tensed at her words. What was I missing here?

"Can someone please explain what is happening?" I skimmed over all the faces of my soon to be family. Emmet was talking to Rosalie both their eyes flickering to me, Carlisle was trying to calmn Edward down and Esme and Jasper were trying to consloe Alice.

"Bella, we are going to need to hide you for a while." I looked over to Carlisle who was still trying to calmn Edward.

"Hide...me?" I was to tired for any of this to make sense.

"Yes...Im so sorry Bella." I looked shocked to Rasalie who had just adressed me, she avoided my eyes.

What was happening?

Edwards POV

Carlisle tried desperatly to calmn me down. They couldnt do this! Why did they want her so bad? I couldnt be torn from my Bella again. This time i dont think either of us would survive. I looked to her beautiful confused face and went over to hug her.

"I am so sorry my love." I whispered into her hair.

"Whats coming for me?" She whispered agony in her voice, she already knew the answer.

"The Volturi."
